HighPoint Homes

High Point Homes was a first for me. I’ve photographed designers, builds, and homes at every stage, but never a contractor who does it all. From permits to final cleanup, their team handles every detail, and we needed photos that showed that full picture. I’ve been photographing Ashley for years, so getting to step into this side of her world felt like a full-circle moment.

This project wasn’t just photos. It was a full creative build. I pulled in Katie from Spark 27 to dial in the website and messaging, and partnered with licia marie for video so everything worked together from the start. We mapped out a three-part shoot to tell the story right. Raw build. Finished home. Team in action. Then we layered in their new office space, fresh move and all, and made it work in real time. Blueprints out, details in motion, collaboration happening.

Everything had a purpose. Every location, every shot, every moment. Alicia and I worked side by side off the same shoot plan so photo and video stayed aligned across the website. The result shows not just what HighPoint Homes does, but how they do it.

And honestly, this is my favorite kind of work. Creative directing. Photographing. Bringing the right people together and building something that actually works. I don’t do everything, but I know the people who do. And when it all comes together like this, it just hits me right in the grateful bone.
