Jill has created a magnetic, come-as-you-are space where women can truly be themselves. Her salon is about connection, energy, and building a team of women who support each other instead of competing. Jill prioritizes education, efficiency, and doing things well, but always with personality and authenticity. For this photo shoot, her goal was to capture the feeling of a girls’ night out, like an album cover. It wasn’t meant to look like a typical salon shoot. We focused on creating images that reflect the energy and individuality of her team while showing that they are approachable, professional, and fully in tune with their clients. Every element was tailored to her vision and the spaces where her photos live, from her website to Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.

The shoot was part of a two-part retainer that allowed us to build content strategically over time. This approach captured everything Jill needed, from her Foolish event to Valentine’s promotions and educational moments for her team, keeping content cohesive and intentional. Jill works closely with her stylists, giving them freedom to focus on their strengths while maintaining a shared structure that supports the salon as a whole. From K-tip installation experts to blonding specialists, each stylist thrives in their own way. The images reflect their individuality and energy while staying true to Jill’s strategic vision, showing that Jive Hair Studio is a salon, but also a space full of real people, creativity, and magnetic energy.
